Both girls were super excited about just getting on the airplane! Heading for Vegas Baby!
We found some kiddie rides to enjoy while waiting for the show to start...
The view from the hotel...they loved having a little sleepover every night in their bed and playing in the window. We didn't realize when we booked our room that we would have a kitchenette. Score!
The Flamingo exhibit at the Flamingo Hotel - no flamingos pictured in case you are looking for them.
The dolphin/tiger exhibit at The Mirage
We stopped at The Bellagio because we love to see what display they've come up with each time we go there. They did great with the Chinese New Year decorations. Gorgeous!
Girls being silly.
Keira wanted to go to the M&M store, but Lexi opted out. So we made it a mommy/daughter thing. The "statue" let us take her picture free of charge and Keira's "green girl" is now her new favorite.
We heard about the amazing stuff at Bass Pro Shops so our curiousity got the better of us. Considering we leave up the road from Cabela's, it only made sense.
The next 2 pictures are horrible, but you get the idea of how insane this place is! Totally outdoes Cabela's! First is the waterfall and second is the huge aquarium/fish tank.
We walked The Venetian and reminisced about our trip years ago. Even though it's much cleaner than I remember Venice being, I still loved walking through the shops and listening to the men sing on the gondola's. They had a nice Chinese New Year display like The Bellagio.
When evening fell, we stopped at our favorite sushi place for happy hour (half off sushi!!), grabbed some hot chocolate, and walked the strip. We watched the pirate show at Treasure Island (definitely don't recommend for families anymore...it's pretty scandalous these days), the volcano erupt at The Mirage, and The Bellagio fountains.
On our last day, we made it to The Paris Hotel and took a ride up the Eiffel Tower. The girls were more interested in the telescopes and Rick found an employee who knew Vegas trivia well. He picked his brain just a tad :)
As we made our way to the airport, we stopped at an awesome park to have lunch and play.
Playing tag with Daddy in a maze. I've never seen something like this at a park before and it was super cute!
Vegas was fun to see through children's eyes. Isn't the world better that way?

Kiff and I keep talking about taking a trip to Vegas (without the kiddos though). It is such a fun place!
Wow! Looks like you packed in some fun! Glad it was a successful trip. Love all the pix!
Those girls can find fun anywhere. Love to see them so happy. Fun family vacations. Keep it up.
