Is there such thing as too much fun?

We had a great Easter. My sister Nicole came to visit for a week and we had such a blast. We started the week with pedicures and Bonko. It was both of our first time playing and we are totally addicted to it! Thanks to my neighbor who invited us. Love you Steph! Anyways, we spent Tuesday with sister Terri and her family. Of course, a trip to Utah is never complete without a stop to Kneaders. Yummy. We made our own slide on our stairway for the kids entertainment. They couldn't get enough of it! Uncle Ben and Daddy Rick were such good sports to help the girls up the stairs and down the slide.

With Easter coming up, we tackled the tradition of coloring eggs. Growing up, my family always went above and beyond with accessories to create 3D characters (bunnies, chicks, I think even a flamingo one year?) using felt, feathers, googly eyes, fabric, and anything else we had around the house. As much as I love that tradition, I was not ready to do this with Keira. Coloring eggs and putting glitter was stressful enough. All in all, we had fun.

Then...off to Grandmother's house we go...We spent a few days at Gramma Judy's and Grampa Steve's house so we could hang out with Coley some more. We took advantage of our babysitters (thanks grandparents) and went snowboarding. What a perfect day! Fresh powder with a little bit of sunshine. Loved it!

The day before Easter we went to the Treehouse Museum in Ogden. We had never been there before and Keira loved it!

Nicole and I have never shot a gun before! There's a first for everything! We did pretty good, huh?

Keira helped Gramma in the kitchen all weekend. I love that she likes to help with chores AND cooking. It makes it more enjoyable for me (and probably Gramma) to be in the kitchen with such a cute little helper.

Easter finally arrived. Because the Easter Bunny didn't bring candy in the girls Easter baskets, we put candy in the easter eggs for the egg hunt to make up for it. Problem was...Keira wanted to eat it all at once! The Easter Bunny is a wise guy (or gal?).

Sissy liked the easter grass the most.
Close your eyes......and HUNT!!!
Thanks Gramma and Grampa for such a great Easter. Thanks Coley for the visit. We miss you already!
