I love spending Christmas morning at home. It is so relaxing and fun to watch the excitement in our kids eyes. The girls decided to start opening presents from under the tree and wait for Santa gifts.
Aunt Cindi got these great hats and cute books for the kids. Love them!! Luckily Coop has lots of room to grow into it because I love these hats!!
The girls had one gift they asked for consistently: DreamLite pillow pets, so of course, we made sure that made it into the pile this year. We also thought it would be fun to get a motorized car, mostly for the summertime. Yeah for Black Friday deals!!
I helped Cooper open some of his presents. We got some Christmas smiles out of him.
The girls got some fun things from Santa. Keira got a "Keira", guitar-playing, barbie doll. Lexi got her favorite, Merida from the movie Brave.
Gotta have Christmas omelets for breakfast. Yum! A tradition I remember having growing up.
Christmas afternoon we went up to see Gramma Judy and Grampa Steve. We spent a few extra days there while Daddy went to work. Gramma had another gingerbread house for us to build. We never get tired of that! We also played in the snow, went sledding, went in the hot tub, made and ate yummy food...and lots more.
I love Christmas and I love traditions. We are so blessed in so many ways. A special blessing we feel is the gospel alive in our lives and our testimonies of the Savior. We love Him and know that He loves us and each of you!
