I threw together some decor I had around the house with very little outside additions. Here was what I came up with. I used our EZ-up in the family room which sounds crazy, but it was perfect to add to the garden/princess theme.

Lexi turns 3!
Lexi is 3!! Since I wasn't up to doing a complete party on my own, I hired Princess Amerah to entertain Lexi and her princess friends. It was the cutest party ever!! Princess Amerah came to teach the girls about being a princess, read them her special story about overcoming bullying, danced and sang with them (she has a beautiful voice), presented each princess with their own crown at coronation, and took individual pictures with each girl. It was nice for me to sit and take pictures of the entertainment instead of being the entertainment.

Princess Amerah arrived and the girls went crazy. Lexi was lucky to sit with her since she was the birthday girl.
After our princess friend departed, we enjoyed yummy princess ice cream.

With all of our birthdays in the summer, we get really sick of cake around here. In fact, I've turned into a cake/cupcake snob. It can't really be out of a box anymore :)

LEAH!! I have been out of the blog world for quite sometime. I heard about your exciting news! What a rush of emotions I'm sure! Congrats on Cooper (I saw on FB). Can't wait to see pics.
